Search for Wills, Estate Administrations, Change of Name, Guardianships, Conservatorships.

  • This is not an online database or index to Massachusetts probate records. This is an application to have one of our researchers physically search for and locate a probate case file.

  • We service probate courts of Bristol, Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Suffolk and Worcester counties of eastern Massachusetts.

  • We do not service Barnstable, Berkshire, Dukes, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire, Nantucket or PLYMOUTH. 

  • There is a minimum fee of $45 for this service. Company or personal checks and or money orders are accepted for payment. Further instructions are sent via a web based confirmation immediately following placement of your order. 

  • Your order remains on file for up to ten business days. If a check or money order is not received within ten business days of your request, the request is deleted.

  • PLEASE: We can NOT answer legal related questions or offer legal advice.
