We are, for the most part, generally faster than the stated processing times. However, if we have exceeded the time listed for your particular document, please contact us at the email address below:

For vital records, the normal processing, or turn around time, is as follows:

Certified Birth, Marriage and Death Records are sent via first class mail to you within 10 - 14 business days from the date we receive your payment. Expedited orders are sent via USPS Express Mail service within 3 - 5 business days from the date we receive your payment.

Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or any federal or state holidays. See Massachusetts State Holiday list.

Transcribed Birth, Marriage and Death Records are sent via email to you within 14 - 21 business days from the date we receive your payment.

There is no expedited service available for transcribed records.

For court records, including probate, divorce and naturalization records, the normal processing, or turn around time, is as follows:

DIVORCE RECORDS are sent via first class mail to you within 14 - 21 business days from the date we receive your payment. Expedited orders (not available for all counties) are sent via USPS Express Mail service within 3 - 5 business days from the date we receive your payment.

PROBATE RECORDS are generally sent via first class mail to you within 21 business days *** from the date we receive your payment.

***Some counties can take longer, most take much less, but as is especially true with older records, which are now "archived" in off site facilities, processing time can be delayed even further.

NATURALIZATION RECORDS are generally sent via first class mail to you within 30 business days from the date we receive your payment.
